Rev, Dr. Robert E. Kasper,
Director, is the founding

passion for strategic living,
ministry, prayer and outreach
is the compelling inspiration
for his strategic consultation
ministry.
A
pastor of the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod, Rob has served
congregations in Missouri and
Michigan for over 25 years. He
presently serves as
Administrative Pastor of a
strategic ministry of 3,200+
member congregation in suburban
Detroit, MI.
Rob
earned his Doctorate of Ministry
degree in 1997 from Concordia
Seminary, St. Louis, MO.
His focused study was on
developing joyful and effective
ministry teams through strategic
planning in the local parish.
He has effectively taken
planning principles from the
world of business and made
theologically sound applications
for congregations and ministry
team development.
Rob has also developed a
workshop in family life
entitled “Developing
Your Family into a
Winning Team”,
applying some of the
same principles of
strategic planning for
intentional parenting.
Rob is a published
author of a youth
evangelism training kit
“Can I Really Tell My
Friends About Jesus?”
(CPH, 1993) He is
also a frequent
motivational and
inspirational speaker
for seminars on family
life and ministry team
retreats. He is a
great story teller and
